HELL & COMPANY — SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 7–10 business days for in-stock orders to be processed and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This processing window does not include carrier transit time.

PREORDERS
Preorder items follow the estimated shipping timeframe listed on their individual product pages. The standard 7–10 business day processing window does not apply to preorders. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together once all items are ready.

TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier; estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our website with your order number and corrected address. Changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
